The practice has social distancing measures and medical grade hand sanitizers are provided.

All our coffee table books have been removed.

A Perspex screen is present as a barrier for reception staff.

The consulting room bed has plastic covers.

The air conditioner is not being used.

All patients are screened before an appointment is made.

A Covid-19 questionnaire is sent via email to the patients.

The patient is asked to come alone, if possible.

Masks are mandatory and safe mask practices are followed.

The credit card machine is plastic wrapped and the patient is asked to put their card in themselves. The machine is wiped after every use.

Both the entrances at Rondebosch Medical Center and Cape Town Mediclinic have staff checking temperatures and asking Covid-19 questions before the patient is allowed into the hospital.
